More likely Shaws/Blue Ocean S&Is how took up allocation in recent placement May) growing impatient after getting involved on basis of MOU being signed by now. There is no reason to cap and there is no one really in the know including Board I'd suggest about timing of MOU or next raising as the decision has been made.
Potentially an overreaction is on the cards and as previously suggested single digits is a real possibility near term.
