The official announcement by BCK was timed at 9:38am, but even now, the ann has only had 6 hits at BCK post?
Even though the charges have no direct bearing on BCK, it still plays right in to the hands of AF in terms of questioning BCK's solvency.
This is a bit of a legal minefield.
