How many of those people realise that the ONLY way you can have a building fall at close to free fall velocity is by explosives?
Do you realise how difficult it is for a building to fall into its own footprint?

Why bother having demolition teams?
Start a fire on the 18th floor of an abandoned building to bring it down, a few barrels of jet fuel would be cheaper than an entire demolition crew. LOL
