asf Look at the sp it has fallen over 20% since the cr was announced, so if this is what you call holding up well then you are entitled to your opinion. the market tells the story and if all was ok investors would be getting in as these prices, if as you say MOY is being run so well.

Where are all the international investors that the management said would come in once consolidation had taken place, well they failed to get them to come on board so that is why they had to offer the shareholders the cr, in my opinion.

If Management has faith in the SP holding then they would have offered the cr at only a 10% discount and not the 20% discount.
