The primary target was drilled and reservoirs found water bearing.. this is from the Jv press releases exactly one year ago.
Curiously, the Kiboko oil well- Anadarko- may have struck massive discovery of gas and may be oil, if pronouncements by chief Geologiost can be anything to go by. The newly mooted natural gas plant announced at the coast this week is further indicator. The operator is bound to report results to the ministry upon completion of well drilling and therefore the Government is fully upraised and only silent at the operator's request.
