If you people don't have experience with turbines , let it go .
Using waste heat for drying is not as easy it's sounds .
To transfer hot air from the tower to a module 200/300 m away , you are looking a power supply of about 25amps to 50amps

The longer the pipe , the heavier the load on the motor .

IMO the best waste heat ...FREE..is the return steam before enters the condenser .
Steam (Saturated steam ) , is 200c to 400 c , much higher than the tower heat .
We don't know what AGL have in place , but if they utilize waste steam for the drying tables , perhaps at the same time they do preheat the water from Brown coal , and pump it in to the boiler .
