re: keepitreal next announcement I have been in since it was -44 cents (how good is that) and i didn't buy it for the settlement.

Having read most of the 200 pages of Biota posts i do think that is a minor consideration for Biota shareholders.

What we have got repeatedly excited about is the prospect and the actuality of governments all around the world stockpiling relenza.

Personally i haven't a clue the outcome of litigation and like i said it isn't in my reckoning but i guess a good outcome for Biota would be a bonus
