I've had a panic attack on a domestic flight once so I have some idea how it feels. Working 7 days a week is not a solution - sun, breathing, exercise, mindfulness all help. I'd see your GP - social phobia perhaps - cognitive therapy may help but addressing your fear slowly is the go, perhaps along with medication - much of which is pretty generic nowadays and all encompassing. It's pretty common in our society so you are not abnormal in way - your GP will help considerably. You should try to seek professional advice when you feel up to it. Don't be embarrassed about it. Good luck.
