VHP announces strike price for the fourth quarter Distribution Reinvestment
Plan
Vital Healthcare Property Trust (NZSX ticker: VHP) today announced the strike
price for the fourth quarter of the 2013 financial year Distribution
Reinvestment Plan, inclusive of the 1% discount being offered, is $1.3501 per
unit. This is calculated as the weighted average of the prices at which units
in the Trust were sold through NZSX during the period of seven calendar days
commencing on the ex-date, being the day that is two business days before the
Record Date for the distribution.
This pricing is effective for the distribution payable on 25 September 2013.
