    Pretty sure that was only for 100M shares....
    Which would be pretty much taken up by the current placement and the rights that go with it.
    Part of the reason the CR is in seperate tranches...
    One already has approval...
    One does not...
    Ypou may want to check,but I'm pretty sure thats how it is.
