For your sake we will assume the FDA approved a Phase3 trial before we received any results from the current Phase2b ( including interium results) Amazing ...must be the first time in history running a Phase3 trial before phase2 results are out.

Maybe you could explain what happened to the expected recruitment rates for you Phase 3 trial ..... below expectations?...waiting for confirmatory Phase2 data maybe?.......or just taking a punt and running a Phase3 for the hell of it with a whole 50 patients recruited in 18 months.
