TeamTalk Moves to 100% Ownership of Araneo Limited

On October 19 2012 TeamTalk notified NZX that a statement of claim had been
filed in the High Court by a minority shareholder in its 96% owned subsidiary
Araneo Limited.

The parties have now reached a full and final settlement of all matters with
Araneo Limited now a 100% owned subsidiary.

The acquisition is not expected to have a material impact on the TeamTalk
group's financial performance.
