Response: No; Alchemia is not aware of any such information.

2. Question: If the answer is “yes”?

Response: Not applicable.

3. Question: If the answer is “no”, is there any other
explanation that the Entity may have for the recent trading in its securities?

Response: HA-Irinotecan is near the completion stage of its pivotal Phase III trial, with top line results expected in H1 CY 2014. We have already advised the market that we expect 2014 to be a watershed year. It is possible some investors are taking positions prior to results of this trial.

4. Question: Please confirm that the Entity is in compliance with the Listing Rules and, in particular, Listing Rule 3.1.

Response: Alchemia is compliant with the Listing Rules including Listing Rule 3.1.
