    If you read the TAP announcement, payment of the $2.95m is deferred until March 2015!!!!
    The WHN announcement highlights "option for TAP to aquire 10% for max $2.95 million" but NO mention of deferred payment!!!!

    That's hardly full disclosure by WHN.

    Am I reading this corectly?
