    I saw this announcement as a positive sign that Andrew Price is confident he can turn PPX around. I hope there is not a more sinister interpretation.

    Provided Price's remuneration is aligned with PPX shareholder interests I have no problem in being generous. I get angry when Directors or managers get rich while shareholders go broke.

    Any thoughts on how well aligned this package is?
