Gee lots of Nostradamus's here. Lets just wait to see what transpires. The market will speak tomorrow and we should listen, to some degree.
From my understanding this is just a PROPOSAL. It is one early option that has been put on the table. If there is no other then it is better than none, imo.
Good luck holders, I have thrown my speculative $$ into the ring and I hope we come out unscathed. FRom what SH's have already been through there would be many ready for the battle. Either way it makes for some serious interest and talking points!
