cortinaboy I suspect in this case the family has seen a significant improvement during the dose and a decline after the dose and are making the assumption on what they received. I'll take the parents knowledge of their child as a pretty good guide but continue to be mindful of the placebo effect. As for the dosing I think your right how would they know what a small vs large does is but it could also be taken in the context of short term vs long term.
