LISTING: MEL: New constitution, bonus issue of shares
For immediate release: 20 September, 2013
Meridian advises that, in preparation for the company's proposed listing on
the NZX Main Board:
- in accordance with an entitled persons resolution, the company has issued
962,999,998 new ordinary shares in the company, ranking equally in all
respects with the 1,600,000,002 previously existing ordinary shares in the
company. The company now has 2,563,000,000 ordinary shares; and
- its shareholders have formally revoked Meridian's constitution and adopted
a new constitution with effect from today.
