I understand your post steveba5: I'm in a similar position re PNN.
However despite the obvious dissatisfaction with the share price I do believe the Company is a responsible and efficient explorer. The one thing they're missing is luck: I know that sounds silly but big finds are 90% hard grind and 10% luck. As many small explorers know to their cost one can explore and explore and find little of value whereas the occasional one can just strike it lucky: lets hope PNN has used up its 90% and is now due for the 10%!
As for splitting the Company into two it seems to me that anything of value ie iron ore and uranium is held in a joint venture partnership so it would probably be difficult to untangle the relationships unless the finds justified the cost which I doubt at present.
One thing I don't understand is why a company with so little spare cash would decide to expand its interest to Argentina. The air fares alone will be a mighty drain on capital. One can only hope there's a compelling argument for the move.
