GXY doesn't have too much debt as long as they can ramp up revenue now. Sure, it's not sailing in clear blue skies - but with this injection of cash they have a good chance of surviving until Jiangsu can stand alone. Then they have to either sell SdV for hundreds of millions or get a JV and develop it asap. We have been lucky that interest rates around the world have remained so low - otherwise....
