    I followed up with a second email to QPN after waiting patiently for nearly two weeks of sending the first. Aurora (who had a PEN signature) told me again that she has forwarded it on to management.

    So no proper response yet! I guess I can be thankful that it wasn't totally ignored. Sigh.....
