Hi Hardmano - nice summary of the current state of play. It's quite finely balance at the moment - a close above 180 will be positive. HDR would probably be up & running again if it wasn't for WPL's mishandling of the Tiof issue - I think most of us assumed that WPL would be making all the right noises..not to be.
