Since the 60's, The Fed Gov has received Billions and Billions of dollars of Royalties from Oil'n'Gas from Tasmanian Territorial waters from the Bass.

Victoria has benefited from supplying the infrastructure and workforce every year which is worth Hundreds of Millions of Dollars a year to their Economy. Tasmania not 1 c !
