    Did anyone notice the attempted takeover/merger of SOH by an ex director with the surname tyler back in march???

    I wonder why he wants the company back. I think he was offering 80cents and the solution 6 board basically told him to get stuffed. Whats his next move going to be?? Any ideas please?
