re: Ann: IMX agrees to $60 million Joint Vent... You would hope that managed funds with exposure to small caps would see this as a massive oppurtunity and start buying. Not to many companies at this price with this much value around.
I also think its being missed as there seems to be more technical analysts than fundamental analysts. Once the chart starts to look better watch them all jump on.
