WES has a number of things going in it's favour. Coal price has room to move up given China story back in play. Coles turnaround is killing Woolies. Strong CEO and increased divies.
There are threats, Target turnaround is the main one.
If it can break out of the $41-42 ceiling it should be testing $45 by the end of the year, ceteris paribus.
