smartOZZY NTA & Allotment Notice
The manager of the smartOZZY advises that as at close of business on 20
September 2013 a total of Nil units has been redeemed or allotted since 19
September 2013. The total number of units on issue on that day was
23,518,445.
Please note Basket applications and redemptions will be unavaliable from
Monday 16 September 2013 to Thursday 26 September 2013. Basket applications
and redemptions will resume on Friday 27 September 2013.
The asset backing for each smartOZZY unit at close of business (Sydney) on 20
September 2013 was $3.81245 (NTA is net of applicable tax liability), The
tracking difference was 2.32%
Unitholders can invest or surrender Smartshares Units in the form of baskets
for holdings in multiples of:
- 500,000 units for smartTENZ
- 200,000 units for smartFONZ & smartMIDZ
- 150,000 units for smartMOZY & smartOZZY
smartOZZY Basket Composition
Composition of a basket of securities and cash equivalent to 150,000 NZX
Australian 20 Leaders Index Fund units effective from 23 September 2013.
The new basket composition applies to applications and withdrawals.
