poppyjoe the 102 trades is made up of 102 ‘selling trades’....not ‘buying trades’.
If you have access to an online trading account - like Comsec you can see how the trades are actually constructed. Under the heading of 'Course of Sales' you can see all the trades made on a stock during the trading day.
The first buy this morning for 10m shares was made up of 16 ‘selling orders’. Usually all the ‘selling trades’ for one ‘buying trade’ shown on the results screen at the same time - displayed at the 100th of a second.
The trades on the main screen look good as an indicator only.
