For those who are shareholders I can advise the following. Feel free to contact the company for confirmation.
As the company has not relisted the following news has no impact on any trading.
1. There has been another delay in advising shareholders the date of the AGM. It was expected during Aug/Sept. The reason for the delay is that it is taking longer than anticipated for completion/acceptance/processing of relevant documents for various regulatory authorities.
2. I have been reassured that relisting plans are still on track. It will happen. Just a matter of time.
