The BFS they repeatedly refer to in the presentation provides for a full-scale 3Mt per year operation incorporating a mill and other equipment amounting to $55M.
In the most recent press release approval for open pit mining was anticipated for Q4-2013, now it reads like this: "Permitting and approvals expected to be in place during 2014".
CNQ provided 19 pages of "update" and mentioned the name "Mitsubishi" 21 times but failed to provide most basic numbers like proposed production output, revenues, or profits.
