Here's an idea . What about starting a thread that does a bit of a comparison of investments ? Property vs shares or whatever ? Risks , simplicity etc .
What do you reckon ?
There seems to be plenty of people suggesting that they can do better elsewhere and yet we never really see the numbers .
I'm interested in investing regardless of the vehicle so I'd be really interested to see what other people have to say .
