yes dsherwood, depends how you want to play it.
As has been mentioned , there were all kinds of dates mentioned for the moratorium being lifted, then bang, it was ,caught a lot by surprise....sure you can wait but for the sake of a few months and then have the difficulty often getting a decent holding when the herd moves on annc's ?.. many wont, and i am talking of entities wanting decent holdings here, not the odd 1 or 200k.. not trading .....i still think there is a strong buyer on it now

as for rush...i'd say there is less time now than the last 2 months when it went from 6 to 13c !!
