You will see a lot more of these types of mergers in the microcap space. Access to capital has diminished, so these micros merge together to lessen admin costs and combine current cash balance. It's survival mode.
Most of these stocks will probably sit around penny dread status until a new boom comes one day. Missed the boat. Looks like the dot com boom in some ways.
I lost a lot on a lot of minnows from the 'mining boom'. Got out of this one a while back at a profit at least.
