There was a jump of about 50c back last year (which in % terms was somewhat larger).
Not sure about a pump and dump - some 215,000 (52%) shares traded at 13.80 and above, so reasonable volume at the higher prices.

For today, a happy bunny! That special Bollinger by the case just got a tad more affordable.
Whats interesting to me is the Bruce stake. Still about 5m shares unaccounted for, and the holders appear to not be too tempted by an easy 15% profit. Lets hope it stays that way and there are long term holders.
