If they apply for costs, we end up paying the bill as the appeal was funded by the government...
Yeah VMS are free to go mining for as long as it takes Save the Tarkine to lodge their fed appeal and get an injunction. Another 3-6 months before mining will have a shot at starting imo.
Sell on any bounce is my advice, unless you're holding long term.
