    "Finance - a discounted Rights Issue for existing holders say 1 for 5 eg (5 cents) with an option at a premium (eg 10cents) in 18 months".
    Could I add one word to the above "Tradeable" Rights Issue
    Then some one wanting a bigger slice of the pie can buy it from the market at the markets price. Rather than a big gift to the mates (oops sophisicated investors)
