is this when you buy?

Looks like a good juncture to me - UBS buying with their ears pinned back last Friday at those good, low prices and now popping up again substantial! Nothing like a new substantial notice from instos to warm the speculative heart!
This thing is going to rip when as the copper price firms. All DML needs now is steady access to some higher grades and cheaper power.
But I've already got so much capital in this (av 18.5c) I doubt I'll summon the courage...still think it's the right time.
