    That's as good as a bid to takeover the company as NHC will effectively control the company.

    If they fail with this bid, I suspect they will, then NHC may well make a bid for the whole company.


    BIG news IMO as Bizzell and Davies have enjoyed great success with Arrow and Bow. Dart's day is coming.
