re: Ann: Notice of Annual General Meeting/Pro... Not much goss, but a bit - things are ramping up at Uley.

Chris Darby who was MEGA's CEO in Australia, then moved over to Lincoln Minerals Ltd late last year to head up their new subsidiary "Australian Graphite" to look after advancing LML's Koppio & Kookaburra Gully graphite show - about 35km North of Uley. Unfortunately money is a bit tight for LML in the short term and Chris and a few others were stood down (myself included) in the last couple of months. Chris recently became the CEO of Strategic Graphite ("Valence Industries"). Jarek Kopias, also LML's company secretary, has just been made company secretary of Strategic Graphite to replace Melanie Leydan. Last week I emailed Melanie to ask about the fate of my sister's Tarcoolies after she received a cheque for her unmarketable parcel of SER's - Jarek got back to me and said the Tarcoolies are safe and that she could either top up through the right issue or just sell when SG is floated.

Jarek also said....
"The Company is in the process of a rights issue and share placement process to raise up to an amount of $10 million. This process is required for the intended listing on the ASX, which is planned for late this year".

It was interesting that Jarek referred to himself as Strategic Graphite's secretary and no mention of Valence Ind - so I will email him and get some clarity on that matter.
