Really appreciate your posts as they are based on real experience thanks to your industry involvement .

I'm quite sure that people such as yourself will see any problems with financing long before it gets reported in a newspaper . Bit like when old saying " When your cab driver starts giving you stock tips , it's time to get out of the stock market ".

As an aside , regardless of one's view on the subject at hand , I thought it was worth a thumbs up because it was an information contribution . Sadly , the thumb didn't register as multiple people had already thumbed it down .

It must have been all those other people who work in the mortgage industry that reckoned you were wrong . Funny how they didn't post about it though ?
