"Pipes and various mechanical issues ongoing "
Let me clarify sorry. Once the initial issues are fixed, the plant is run again. Will there be other new mechanical issues pop up? Will another pipe leak? I don't know. Element of risk and luck. Hopefully everything is fixed up and this 2nd run has no more issues. I wait and see.
