By stating director's they going to take up full entitlement on prospectus will encourage others to take up. More effective way to getting fully subscribed.
The last CR at 1c, directors including PV avg 6c did NOT spend one single cent taking up offer. Use your brain or grow one, almost the same prospectus now at 0.2c... it is not so much the price but 1) license problem, 2) last time all 3 directors combined did NOT subscribe one single cent.
At 0.2c are they going to subscribe? Even ASIC is concern about if this will work.
Mitcho1969, you go and ask ASIC why are they concern.
