Reference to my previous post AF may have found away to utilise his 120m FMG payout due 4 October, loan it to POS.
Whilst POS requires 200m not all at once, there will probably be another dividend and he can throw some more into
POS.
This makes him a winner both ways and pays out his loan due 1 October and does not dilute the SP.
Just speculation!
