QVT are not going to want the press that comes with a Mark Bouris company going under. Of course Mark may step aside prior to any final conclusion, only to reappear post reformation under QVT's control. In any scenario, the amount of (negative) press that would be generated for both QVT and Bouris would be unacceptable to both, as their reputations as investors/entrepreneurs would be severely damaged.

They both know this, hence why they have been working together to make this work.

QVT haven't repriced the notes despite constant suggestions by certain posters here, you would have to say that they have acted in the best interest of all shareholders to date through their actions. Let's hope they continue to do the same as TZL finally makes some progress and kicks some big goals.
