Furthermore Boliden - which is a blue chip Stockholm based - Swedish public corporation - produces 350 000 t Cu / year with integrated mine - smelter operations in mainly Sweden and Finland . The interesting fact is that they only supply 20 % of copper ore from their own mines .To date they own no mines in Finland with 3 mines in Sweden and another over in Ireland that was earlier Finnish owned by Outokumpu. So the move into Finnish mine ownership is the current strategy . They produce 15 000 kilos Au from the Swedish mines .
AOH acquisition as I posted would be cheap for Boliden at current price but then they would sell off Roseby as too far and too expensive a play. They dont need Oz management in Finland . Still shareholders need to vote at the AGM against the Remuneration Report .
