LOL...ignore the idiots on here...you are correct, so far, we are not aware of any buying from BHP.

Andrew Forrest (FMG) was behind the buying, accumulating some 6m shares on market in recent days/weeks...we should see a "becoming a substantial shareholder notice" soon?

It is the FMG move that has really excited me, as it paints both BHP and RIO into a corner...either they come out fighting, or they risk losing out.

We now have a game of corporate chess!

Interestingly, if FMG were confident of their legal disbute with CAZ, why would they be buying CAZ shares on market? As I see it, FMG have lodged this claim against CAZ in the hope that it might spook out a few more sellers for them to scoop up?

In the meantime however, it would appear CAZ have made a counter move of their own...in the form of this MOU with BHP.

Fascinating to watch...even better to be holding shares.

By the way...given the simplicity of the new CAZ/ECH/BHP business model, $300m in revenue should equate to profits of some $150m...(CAZ $129m, ECH $21)

Remember however, by then, as a worse case scenario, CAS will probably be sitting on some 120m shares, due to various financing and funding commitments.

Even so, we are still looking at a figure of over $1.00 eps once production commences, with upside potential and still plenty of gold assets in their back pocket.

CAZ could well turn into the "big story" of the resources boom that we all look back on in 20 years.

Will you be a part of it, or one of those who say..."I used to own shares when they were only $1.50?"
