whats going on about dml?

After Blackswan and UBS update share target $0.25/$0.15 per share. The stock should be positive from broker view!

UBS ceasing to be a substantial holder on 27th Sep, its nothing, they buy/sell to make a profit.

I follow this dog stock couple months already, lose a lot...
Everytime after positive announcements come out, the major shareholder selling they hold! 22/08/13 leaking takeover offer from AFR (UBS start selling they hold), 02/09/13 finance update, the lender agree to delay payment (CFC start selling they hold), 19/09/13 received 108M recap proposal (Blackrock start selling they hold).

Let me know if am worry. IMO, the shareholder do not want $0.12 SPP happen! so, they make sp keep under 0.12 for while until AGM. After capped $10m SPP fail, they will let break off. I think that way can make SPP not happen.

Anyone know SPP fail happened before?

Also does any T/O information will be ann tomorrow morning?
