Its obviously hurting the SP, and probably will continue to hurt the SP but as the company has specified it will vigorously defend the case as they have done nothing wrong and agree they did nothing wrong. Just small amount of people pissed off that they lost money in share trading which alot of other people have as well in many other shares.
They have a very experienced lawyer and also a barrister on the board of directors so should be able to be defended quite well and at low cost.
