The difference between Plimer and Flannery is that Plimer has almost no climate credentials and is out on a limb with his hare-brained 'theories' whereas Flannery simply defers to the experts. Big difference.

Plimer needs to be sacked for professional misconduct and sued for misrepresentation in my opinion. Twisting the conclusions of others and telling outright lies is not the way science is done. I am surprised he can even hold down his academic position. Lucky he has mining company directorships to keep him going!
