It all comes down to costs and obviously the costs of running th website under old management were far to high, management of ABQ are more then capable and the low cost high return business model they are following looks like it will be very rewarding.

As far as prices go check-in.com.au is very very competitive so not sure where your coming form, 5 out of 8 hotels i compared were actually cheaper on check-in.com.au

Looks like a good growth story in the making here.
